We offer a range of class levels, from absolute beginner, where no prior experience is necessary, to classes for intermediate level students.

AERIAL SILKS
Aerial silks, also known as aerial tissue, is a fabric that separates into two pieces and suspends from a point on the ceiling. Silks are often used in circus shows and can be used to wrap, suspend, drop, and swing. Silks class helps improve grip strength and is a great core and upper body workout. We offer an absolute beginner “Intro to Silk Class,” designed for those with no prior experience necessary.

POLE DANCING CLASSES
Pole dancing combines elements of strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pole helps to improve your body awareness and endurance, all while being a fun, interactive exercise grounded in dance. We offer pole classes based on levels and interests of the students, including absolute beginner classes (for students with no prior experience) to advanced classes for students who are training at the competitive level.

HAMMOCK CLASSES
Hammock is an aerial apparatus consisting of one piece of fabric with the two tails connected to the ceiling at the same point. A versatile apparatus, we offer classes where the hammock is used to dance, condition and as a flexibility aid. Hammock is an apparatus easily customized to the individual, making this a great option for those new to aerial or who want to work lower to the ground.

HANDSTAND CLASSES
Handstand Class is a grounded conditioning class that focuses on exercises to build strength and balance. Although you will learn many inversion techniques, including handstands, forearm stands, and headstands, you will also spend a good portion of this class right-side-up learning conditioning techniques. Class is open level, with no prior experience necessary. Progressions are offered to allow students to safely work at their comfort level with hands-on spotting from your instructor. An added bonus, the training you learn here can be used as a workout when you travel or at home!

FLEXIBILITY CLASSES
Flexibility is a grounded class that helps improve your joint and muscle mobility through safe and proper techniques. Working to improve your flexibility is a great way to improve function in your everyday activities as well as allow greater expression of movement in your aerial work. Our classes are open level, and we offer a range of exercises in classes to be customized based on the individual student’s needs, from those who have limited range of motion to those looking to explore contortion (and everyone in between)!
