Before registering for The Ultimate Business & Aerial Retreat, please make sure that you have verified the dates of travel, considered the travel expenses and retreat costs, and can afford them both (you are responsible for any additional expenses not included on your retreat’s contents page), and have a valid passport if traveling outside your country.
Once you're certain of these details, please understand that we do not offer refunds. Your deposit reserves your spot and is used towards the work necessary for reserving it (hotel/excursion reservations, studio placement, photoshoot bookings, etc.). In some extraordinary cases, The Aerial Loft may consider issuing a refund, but this is decided at that time by The Aerial Loft team.
If you cannot attend your retreat, your options are to:
Look for someone to take over your spot and let us know to transfer your payments. If you cannot find someone to take over your spot and cannot attend, we may be able to help you find someone. We cannot guarantee that someone will be available to fill the vacancy, but we can reach out within our community and facilitate a transfer when necessary.
Forfeit your spot on the retreat. You will not be issued a refund.
If you request a refund for your retreat, we will send this policy and the date on which you agreed as a reference.
Class Behavior
Students are expected bring positive, supportive energy to their fellow students and teachers. Students must be on time to class. Out of respect to the instructor and the other students in class, if you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will not be able to participate in the class.
Changes
The Aerial Loft reserves the right to make changes to the published schedule if one or more of the advertised instructors are unable to attend. In the event of said change, you have no claim against The Aerial Loft in respect of such changes, and are not entitled to a cancellation or refund.
Data Protection
By accepting the present Terms and Conditions you accept the personal information provided by you to be held on The Aerial Loft database. The Aerial Loft will not sell trade or transfer such personal information to third parties. The Aerial Loft may use your information for internal marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, The Aerial Loft could use your information for direct emailing of our newsletters and online surveys or notifications.
Liability
The Aerial Loft is not responsible and shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property or injury except where this is due to the negligence of The Aerial Loft. The Aerial Loft will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of property personable (direct or indirect) suffered by you.
By signing up you are participating voluntarily in a Class or Workshop offered by The Aerial Loft. I recognize that pole dance fitness, aerial, yoga and other physical classes require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against The Aerial Loft and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
We created these policies to be clear and transparent. These policies ensure that you have a great time and keeps everyone safe. With this in mind, we hope you’ll understand our reasoning behind the above mentioned policies. You also understand that by signing up for your retreat that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
